Texas Family Solutions is excited to announce that select providers will begin to hold in-office sessions starting Monday, May 11th. Some of our therapists will remain social distancing due to health/high risk factors.
Telehealth and phone sessions will continue to be offered as options for the month of June. These services may be extended (depending on the extension of the state order).
Due to the continued threat of the virus we will be implementing the following policies for the month of May and June.
1. If you are showing any symptoms of illness we will not be able to schedule or complete an in-office session. (Coughing, Fever, or Sneezing)
2. Masks will be required by attendees.
3. Clients must pre-pay for sessions over the phone.
4. Waiting room will not be utilized. Clients will call the office on their arrival. Our staff will call/text you when your therapist is ready to take you back.
5. All administrative requests will be conducted by phone including scheduling future sessions, records requests, and payments.
6. We will NOT be able to have in-office sessions with children under 12 years of age until further notice. Some children under 12 have the option of telehealth if possible (depending on ability to focus with video session).
7. One client per session. The only exception is for couples counseling session.
We may add more policies depending on the fluid situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please call the office to find out your therapists will be starting in-office sessions.
